Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Overall not as good as it is hyped up to be. It was certainly good especially with the sauce which frankly carried the meal. I enjoyed the food and sweet iced tea. The Texas toast was fabulous soft fluffy and sweet. I would definitely go back."
"Oh my gosh, I've never seen ketchup packets like this before! Makes for so much easier dipping! I'm a lifetime leg and thigh fan and they only have chicken tenders here, but the chicken tenders are absolutely delicious and the people are so very nice! If you're looking for a place where you will feel welcome and appreciated, Raising Cane's here in Sacramento is definitely a place you want to be."
"The chicken strips by themselves are very delicious. The bread is both soft and crispy. I also like the simple five combo menu option. Great customer service."
"This was my first time eating here. I am very satisfied with the taste of the food! The service was very friendly and professional. The sauce is AMAZING! You guys also have the best coleslaw I've ever tasted. I will definitely be a returning consumer."
"I rarely get raising canes but today I was very hungry and I was passing by and I decided to get it after a long time. I got the 3 finger combo which is around $12.00. The food was great and so was the service although, one issue or something that bothered me was the fact that, when I got my fountain drink; there was more ICE inside of it then soda. Which annoyed me, because I took one sip I was already half way done with the drink. Not a complaint but just a heads up. Other than that, service was great and fast. Will definitely be coming back soon :)"
"Drove through for lunch for myself, my wife and the kids. Pleasant service, even apologizing “for the wait”. What wait?!? It didn’t take longer than any other place and faster than most. The real reason for this review is the food. Holy cow. We got 2 kids combos, a sandwich combo and “the box”. This was the best drive thru chicken I have probably ever had. VERY moist and obviously fresh. Well done, team."
"It was delish. But I came to see what the hype was about. Even though I'm not much of a chicken strips and fries kind of gal. But Raising Canes does it right. Not overly battered, chicken is moist, and the sauce is fantastic. I wish they did have more choices in condiments though... it would have been nice to have some vinegar.for the fries. Overall it was a great experience and I'd definitely go back."
"Have only been here a couple of times and only used the drive thru. The food was good but I asked for ketchup for the fries and when I looked in the bag there wasn't any but I had already left and didn't want to drive back. I noticed they do that a lot at raising canes, they tend to forget the ketchup even when you ask for it. I also had to ask for my credit card back because the girl who helped me took it to charge for my food, closed the window to I guess wait for my food to be ready, but didn't hand back my card. Then when she gave me the food I had to ask for my card because she had forgotten all about it. She did apologize but thankfully I remembered otherwise I probably would have to drive back to get it."
